Guarantee Coverage Duration:
Fully inclusive 10 years
It will be valid for the following services:
- Drain lining
- Drain installation
- Drain network repair
- Drain replacement
- Guarantee only applies to a network or system PDS has carried out work on.
Exclusions & limitations:
There are some exclusions and limitations to the coverage provided by this Guarantee agreement.
These may include: limitations such as damage due to normal wear and tear, improper use or maintenance, accidents or negligence, damage caused by environmental factors such as natural disasters, fires, or floods, and natural causes.
Please Note the below is excluded:
- Excludes Soak-Aways if root cause is by natural causes, i.e - compressed silt/roots build up and so on.
- General blockages
- Excludes clearance of Fat/Scale/Residue build up in networks.
- Excludes clearance of natural causes of Fat/Scale/Residue build up in networks.
Limitation of liability:
In the event of a product failure or malfunction, the Guarantee provider is not liable for any damages that may occur, including property damage due to accidents or negligence by anyone other than PDS.
Owner's obligations:
The Owner must also comply with certain obligations under the terms of the Guarantee agreement. These include but are not limited to maintaining proper care and use of the service, reporting any issues or defects on time, or providing access to the service as needed for guarantee-related repairs or replacements.
Consequential or incidental damages:
PDS is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages that may occur as a result of consumer or other contractor services.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages incurred due to other contractors work on the property & property damage.
Exclusive rights:
PDS has the exclusive right to determine whether a service ourself provided is eligible for coverage under the terms of this agreement and to limit or deny coverage at its discretion. All decisions made by the provider are final and cannot be appealed. In addition, any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement must be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation rather than through litigation in court. This helps to ensure that all parties’ rights are protected and upheld.

You have the right to:
* Access, correct, or delete your personal information held by us.
* Object to the processing of your data.
* Opt-out of receiving promotional communications.
* Withdraw consent for data processing.
