Called PDS as I had a problem with the drains backing up. Was answered by very helpful lady who set out what they would do and their clear and very reasonable charging structure. Was promised someone would be on site in the afternoon. Matt arrived promptly and fully investigated the problem and confirmed it was an issue for Thames Water. He gave me advice on how to escalate with TW. Charging only for 30 mins on site was extremely reasonable compared with the charges of a lot of other companies. In short a superb service! Precise agreed to send someone that afternoon, but then text to say that someone would instead be there the next day between 9 and 11. When we called for an update we were told that they could get someone there later that day, but by then we had no trust in their ability to deliver so cancelled the service and got someone else same day.
