I had a problem with my shower leaking. Dale visited in the afternoon of the same day that I had called. He was friendly, cheerful and polite and was able to identify the problem immediately. My experience with Precise Drainage Solutions was very positive.  From the moment Matt arrived he was very friendly and explained everything clearly. He detected the issue causing the blockage to my sink and efficiently dealt with it. He was very thorough making sure it was completely clear before leaving. Drains blocked , tried to clear using rods which snapped in drain. Called Precise Drainage. They were with me in under 2 hrs - all sorted. Would use again.
