Jamie attended our house to look at potential causes for drain flies. Throughout he explained clearly what was happening and the costs involved, was so polite and courteous and delivered an excellent professional job. Would recommend.

Jamie came today to my house. Excellent service from start to finish. He used CCTV to identify where the flies were coming from and managed to solve the problem in less than two hours. Very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable, with a really good attitude and excellent customer service.

I’m very happy with the work and would definitely recommend him. Thank you for the great job!

Our blocked shower drainpipe was rapidly & professionally cleared as soon as the operative arrived. Everything was great & I can’t fault the end result - the only point I’d make is that it was relatively expensive.

Jamie did fix the issue of limescale in my sewage pipe but then went on to block my sink by putting the drilled pieces of limescale down the plugholes of my sink and bath. When I informed the company they accused me of lying and refused to reimburse me or to apologise. ( I sent pictures of the drilled pieces of limescale that came up from my blocked sink when i plunged it). They charged me £840 and now I will have to get another company to flush out my pipes. Terrible customer service which has left my feeling very distressed and upset.

We had Jamie out tonight to fix a blocked shower at very short notice, excellent customer service, quick and efficient service. We apologise for the very low door frame that he hit his head on! Thank you
