Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jamie attended our house to look at potential causes for drain flies. Throughout he explained clearly what was happening and the costs involved, was so polite and courteous and delivered an excellent professional job. Would recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jamie came today to my house. Excellent service from start to finish. He used CCTV to identify where the flies were coming from and managed to solve the problem in less than two hours. Very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable, with a really good attitude and excellent customer service.

I’m very happy with the work and would definitely recommend him. Thank you for the great job!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our blocked shower drainpipe was rapidly & professionally cleared as soon as the operative arrived. Everything was great & I can’t fault the end result - the only point I’d make is that it was relatively expensive.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jamie did fix the issue of limescale in my sewage pipe but then went on to block my sink by putting the drilled pieces of limescale down the plugholes of my sink and bath. When I informed the company they accused me of lying and refused to reimburse me or to apologise. ( I sent pictures of the drilled pieces of limescale that came up from my blocked sink when i plunged it). They charged me £840 and now I will have to get another company to flush out my pipes. Terrible customer service which has left my feeling very distressed and upset.

What our clients say

We are proud that our commitment to excellence and great service has earned the trust and confidence of our customers.

I called this company after finding them on Checkatrade, they had helped me with a blockage to my kitchen drain. I then was recommended a drain maintenance plan which they included the first call out for free! Interesting to see if they can keep up the good work in the coming year whilst under the plan. So far so good, keep up the good work.

Want to reward them for the work completed on the repairs to my drains. 10/10 the chap Michael is a very hard worker I must say.

Really positive on precise drainage, the maintenance plan saved me a huge amount of money! Feels good being a priority in an emergency. Highly rated professional company with an amazing identity.

They were very polite and quick and left no mess and I have no problems since

I rate this these guys, its hard to rate a good reputable drainage company today, but yes its a 5* from me. Good Day, Adrian.
