Terms and conditions agreement
1. Introduction
Welcome to PRECISE DRAINAGE SOLUTIONS LTD (โCompanyโ, โweโ, โourโ, โusโ). These Terms and Conditions (โTermsโ) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
We provide drainage services, including but not limited to drainage repairs, installations, and CCTV surveys (โServicesโ).
3. Booking & deposit
To secure a booking for our Services, a 50% deposit of the total quoted price is required for all remedial works. This deposit must be paid before any work commences. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the services. Failure to pay the deposit may result in the cancellation of your booking.
4. 14-Day cancellation guarantee
You have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of the initial booking date. To cancel, you must notify us in writing via email at info@precisedrainage.uk or by calling us on 0800 292 2233. If you cancel within this 14-day period, we will refund your deposit in full. If you cancel after this period, the deposit is non-refundable. For materials already purchased, PDS has the right to hold the amount paid from the deposit.
5. Delivery of CCTV surveys
We aim to provide the results of CCTV drainage surveys within 14 days of the survey date. This timeframe is an estimate and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you promptly if there are any delays.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our Services or website.
7. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom of Great Britain.
