Yes. We renew customer-side private mains and supply pipes from boundary to internal stop tap, including shared supplies.

Will you coordinate boundary connections?

We handle customer-side works and coordinate details at the boundary as required. Public main activities remain with the water company.

Is trenchless moling suitable for my property?

Moling works for most soft-ground routes. We’ll survey to confirm depth, route and entry/exit points and discuss any hard-surface crossings.

How long will my water be off?

Typically only during the final connection and commissioning. We schedule works to minimise downtime and restore supply promptly.

What pipe size do I need?
